He also advised on several debt arranging and debt restructuring deals in the F&B and in the mining / construction material sectors.
Bassam is also a consultant to one of the most successful fine dining and casual dining operator in KSA.
Prior to Audi Capital, Bassam worked for KPMG in their Beirut offices.
