Bassam has over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking & Financial Advisory services in the   MENA & GCC regions.

Bassam was the head of investment banking at Audi Capital, where he advised on several M&A   transactions in the food retail, contracting, industrial manufacturing and financial services sectors. He also advised on several debt arranging and   debt restructuring deals in the F&B and in the mining / construction   material sectors.

Bassam is also a consultant to one of the most successful fine dining and casual dining operator in KSA and the GCC.

Prior to Audi Capital, Bassam   worked for KPMG in their Beirut offices.

Johnny has over 20 years of   corporate finance and TS experience having worked on a vast number of   assignments in the banking, public, retail, manufacturing, and hospitality   industries.

Johnny is currently heading   advising the financial planning and cost control functions for various group   of companies operating in center Africa.

He also managed the FAS department at KPMG Lebanon for 8 years.

Johnny performed several   feasibility and valuation assignments in several industries including the insurance industry. Johnny was in charge of a valuation exercise in relation   to an insurance company in Lebanon.

Johnny was in charge of a due   diligence project in Riyadh office conducted on a real estate company.

Managed (within a team) M&A   transactions in the retail and grocery sector with a deal closing worth more   than USD 20 million. 

Performed a valuation exercise   for a multi-billion real estate company having projects in UAE, KSA, Egypt and Lebanon.

Performed a feasibility study   exercise for a multi-purpose residential complex including an hotel, resort and villas in Lebanon.

Performed annual valuation   exercise for Arab Bank for the last 6 years to estimate Saudi Oger’s share on books.

Performed feasibility study   exercise for more that 5 commercial banks in addition to an investment bank   and a brokerage firms aiming to obtain lisences from BDL and open branches in Lebanon.
